Blooming Bath Oils Blooming bath oils differ from ordinary bath oils in that they disperse into the water, rather than floating in an oily layer on top. Our bath oils have been infused with certified organic herbs and botanicals. After a six-week infusion period, we enhance the fragrance of the oils by adding essential oils and cosmetic-grade fragrance oils. They contain no preservatives.
